Thanks for sharing. I wish someone would tell Clevelanders this. Cleveland continues to bleed population to the exurbs. Although downtown can’t build housing fast enough to meet demand, virtually everything between 1 and 10 miles from downtown is in slow or steep decline. I live in an inner-ring, early 20th-century suburb that is almost urban. It’s a great place to live (except ridiculous property taxes if you’re a homeowner), but it continues to lose population to the exurbs. One day, if we can hold on, things may yet change – even in Cleveland!
