For those of you who like to get away to the beach in the summer here is a great opportunity. My modern eco-friendly home in Sag Harbor is available for the month of July (sorry but it has been rented for August already) for $25,000 + expenses (we will consider splitting the month into two-week segments also). The house is very close to the village and beaches, it has four bedrooms, a great cooks kitchen and a comfortable living room which opens on to a lush garden with a pool and lots of outdoor entertaining space.
