Here is an info graphics which is staggering in its implications, an inforaphics that clearly show human folly when it comes to effecting our planet. Infographic: In 80 Years, We Lost 93% Of Variety In Our Food Seeds | Co.Design: business + innovation + design. National Geographic and John Tomanio have teamed up to create an eye-opening graphic that tells the story of the loss of food variety in the last 80 years. I am not a scientist but going from close to 500 verities of lettuce to 36 can’t be good.
