Sunny Day in Lower Manhattan

I was in Battery Park for a meeting a few weeks ago and while walking by the Staten Island Ferry I discovered a bronze model of New Amsterdam as it was in 1660.  It sits across the street from one of my favorite buildings in Manhattan, the Watson House, designed by John McComb around 1800. Oh yea, and right next to all this is the UNstudio’s elaborate Hotdog stand.
